Automotive Group Sales Scheduling Agent

Were looking for a detail-oriented customer-focused professional to coordinate appointments between our sales team and prospective customers. Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and confirm sales appointments for multiple dealership locations
- Coordinate with sales representatives to ensure availability and preparedness
- Manage incoming calls emails and online inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and appointment details
- Follow up with potential customers to reschedule missed appointments or gather feedback
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- Previous experience in scheduling customer service or automotive sales support is a plus
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency with scheduling software and CRM systems
- Ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure
