We are now looking for a Process Development Engineer to join our Process Development Team within Global Supply Chain in Lund. You will be responsible for driving efficiency improvements and projects across our Configuration and Logistics Centers (CLC) worldwide.
Who is your future team:
You will be a member of the Process Development Team.The team consists of 9 team members. We are responsible for the fulfillment processes at our 8 different CLC located in Sweden Thailand Hungary Czech Republic USA and Poland. The team support and guide each local CLC in all fulfillment-related processes. The team is also responsible for communication with internal stakeholders conducting different investigations at the CLCs. We are also a part of the Global supply chain organization and take part in cross functional activities to ensure customer satisfaction.
What will you do as a Process Development Engineer:
In this role you will be supporting the CLCs maintaining our processes and as well as ensuring continuous improvement and handling different customer issues.
You will also:
- Support our CLCs in addressing various challenges and finding solutions.
- Lead and implement improvement and efficiency projects at our CLCs.
- Create and maintain instructions for the fulfillment process.
- Map and document processes within the fulfillment process.
- Manage small to medium-sized projects.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments within the global supply chain team.
- Coordinate and engage in cross-functional work.
Who are we looking for/Who are you
As a person you are easy to work with and a team player. You are helpful and flexible knowing what is most crucial and able to prioritize. You know your field of area and have the curiosity of finding new solutions. Good communication skills in English and Swedish both spoken and written is required. We also see that you:
- Experience and knowledge of MPS systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with IFS as a business system is a plus.
- Structured meticulous and able to collaborate and coordinate effectively.
- Analytical and can write instructions and processes.
- A person that keeps yourself updated on developments within your area.
- Fluent Swedish and English both written and verbal.
- Valid Swedish drivers license (B) is required.
- The position involves traveling internationally approximately 1015 days per year.
