Compensation & Benefits
- Full-time experienced veterinarian with strong surgical skills base salary: $140-170k. Commensurate with skillset experience schedule and your preferred pace.
- Earning potential on monthly no negative accrual bonus plan: $200k
- Additional opportunities to earn: Highly competitive monthly no negative accrual bonus plan. Bonus plan is not mandatory (for candidates preferring straight salary). Equity opportunity available starting early 2025.
- Relocation stipend
- Bonus in exchange for multi-year commitment negotiable; commensurate with length of commitment skillset and schedule commitment
