Process Technician
Rate: $22-25/hr based on experience
Hours: 6am-2:30pm M-F
Cincinnati OH

Candidates with experience in chemical companies could certainly be a target for this position.
Especially if they have experience with blending pump operation tank cleaning product transfer loading/unloading tanker trucks and/or railcars etc.
Responsibilities:
- Operate equipment including but not limited to centrifuge pad filter cross flow filter heat exchangers chiller portable mixers blend skids pumps CIP skids pressure washer lift trucks and scissors lifts.
- Responsible for filling bulk containers such as totes drums and buckets and performs barrel dumping.
- Transfer and blend products and make precise ingredient additions to tanks.
- Ship/receive tanker trucks and rail tanker cars.
- Process product filtration including lees filtration pad filtration and cross flow filtration.
- Collect samples from filter bulk product tanks and bulk storage to submit to QC lab.
- Receive purchased raw materials and supplies on behalf of the company and transfer such materials within the facility as required.
- Sanitize tanks production equipment and facility to a ready-to-use condition.
- Perform basic equipment preventive maintenance and complete repairs as needed.
- Follow all safety policies procedures and GMPs.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practice.
- Assist with other special finance projects assigned.
Requirements:
- High school (or equivalent diploma)-Associate degree or related experience preferred
- 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Prior experience operating a forklift and/or scissor lift preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and team members
- Ability to accurately calculate figures
- Must be able to lift to 50lbs using the proper lifting techniques
- Coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously
- Must be collaborative and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Pass drug test and background check
