Maintenance Technician (Live-In Position) - Chinese or Cantonese speaker preferred
Trinity Management LLC seeks an experienced Maintenance Technician for a live-in position. We manage a mixed-income mixed-use portfolio of vibrant housing communities.
Our Maintenance Technicians provide basic mechanical maintenance janitorial and grounds care for the site to ensure a safe and sanitary environment and the best living standards possible for our residents. Responsibilities include fulfilling work orders preparing vacant apartments for re-rental scheduled cleaning of common areas seasonal grounds maintenance painting interiors/apartments and maintaining utility/mechanical room organization.
This is a live-in role which requires the technician to reside on-site to better support the propertys maintenance needs especially during emergencies or off-hours.
Candidates who speak Chinese or Cantonese preferred.
A successful candidate will have a broad knowledge of maintenance and repairs and a background in property management. The physical demands of this position include frequently lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds and occasionally lifting up to 100 pounds.
Position Details:
Live-in requirement

40 hours per week
15 days Paid Time Off
$18.48 an hour
