Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the dealerships office staff including answering phones responding to emails and handling inquiries from customers and employees.
  • Enter data accurately into the dealerships computer system including customer information vehicle details and financial transactions.
  • Process paperwork for vehicle sales vehicle inventory and other dealership transactions ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Assist with additional administrative tasks and projects as assigned by dealership management.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in an office or administrative role preferably with some accounting duties is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities.
  • Able to communicate with coworkers problem-solve work independently and use an adding machine/calculator.
