Position Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and experienced Class A CDL Driver to join our growing team. This position involves operating commercial vehicles to transport recycling tires and waste. The ideal candidate will have a strong safety record a customer-focused attitude and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate Class A commercial vehicles in a safe and efficient manner.
Perform daily pre- and post-trip inspections of vehicle.
Transport materials to assigned locations on time.
Maintain accurate route and service documentation.
Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers.
Follow all DOT OSHA and company safety protocols.
Provide excellent customer service and represent Sunrise Sanitation in a professional manner.
Requirements:
Valid Class A Commercial Drivers License (CDL).
Clean driving record (MVR).
Minimum 1 year of commercial driving experience preferred.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in all weather conditions.
Knowledge of DOT regulations and safe driving practices.
Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
Reliable punctual and strong work ethic.
