Leader responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day training.
Design strategy and set goals.
Set policies and systems/processes.
Leading group of Trainers and meet with them quarterly and well as looking for new trainers in exisitng staff and
training them on how to be a trainer.
Prepare regular reports.
Coaching.
Have a team to help you coordinate trainers and meet with them weekly.
Evaluate training program.
Follow food safety goals and regulations.
Use existing data and reports to provide solutions to issues and track results.
Use computers and iPads.
Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all stations in the store.
Maintain personal knowledge by completing ongoing in-house training and stay up to date on any changes.
Maintain ongoing monthly training program for entire team trainer evaluations and Trello notes.
Actually train employees.
Will have admin hours to complete duties.
Requirements:
Must be 21 years of age.
Must be organized.
Like a fast-paced environment.
Ability to communicate effectively with team members of all ages.
Positive attitude.
Be an encourager.
Can develop and put in place systems.
