Job Description

Monroe Health Center is seeking a Facilities Manager (Part-time or Full-time). We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Facility Manager to oversee the maintenance of our health centers in Union Peterstown Forest Hill WV and Craig County VA.


The Facility Manager will be responsible for the upkeep repair and maintenance of all facilities equipment and grounds at our health center locations. This role ensures a safe functional and efficient environment for staff and patients through proactive maintenance effective communication and quality control.


The Facility Manager would oversee and respond to HelpDesk Facility Maintenance tickets performing repairs or coordinating responses based on urgencyProvide clear and effective communication to employees regarding maintenance or repairs that may impact clinic workflowsDevelop and implement quality control checklists to monitor housekeeping standards across all facilitiesSupervise custodial staff track housekeeping supplies and equipment and ensure operational efficiency Serve as a project manager or liaison for facility remodeling additions or other facility-related projects.


Qualifications include:

  • Proven experience in facility management preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills to manage multiple locations and coordinate with site managers and administration
  • Ability to prioritize and respond to maintenance issues based on urgency
  • Experience supervising staff and managing supplies/equipment inventories
  • Knowledge of project management for facility upgrades or renovations
  • Familiarity with healthcare facility standards and regulations is a plus.
  • High School Diploma or GED required - a general contractors license preferred


Must have a valid drivers license as travel is required between our health center locations. Flexible schedule is available. Company benefits would depend on full-time or part-time employment.
