About the role:
As ourFP&A Analyst youll play a key role in financial planning forecasting and analysis to support Amenitizs growth. Youll build models develop reporting tools and provide insights that guide decision-making across the company.
This is a great opportunity for someone early in their finance career to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced SaaS environment sharpen technical skills and grow into a true strategic finance partner.
- Build improve andautomate financial modelsto support planning forecasting and business decisions.
- Ownmonthly and quarterly reporting cycles ensuring timely delivery of accurate results and insights.
- Perform variance and trend analysis providing actionable recommendations to leadership.
- Partner with stakeholders across departments to understand business drivers and translate them into financial impact.
- Supportfundraising processes preparing analyses and data required by investors.
- Develop dashboards and reporting tools (Looker Google Sheets) to make data accessible and actionable.
- Assist in the creation of internal and external financial presentations for leadership and investors.
- Continuously improve FP&A processes and bring new ideas to enhance scalability and accuracy.
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in FP&A or a finance-related role ideally in SaaS or a high-growth environment.
- Strong background infinancial modelingand business analysis.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience withLookeror other BI tools is a strong plus.
- Strongbusiness acumenwith the ability to connect numbers to strategic decisions.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders and C-Level executives.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex data in a clear concise way.
- Proactive detail-oriented and curious with the drive to improve processes and create impact.
- Proficient in English.
