Its My Party Rentals helps customers across Georgia create unforgettable eventsfrom backyard birthdays to large weddings and corporate functions. We provide rentals including tents tables chairs moonwalks food service items helium tanks and more.

While based in Alpharetta GA our customer service and support teams work remotely to deliver excellent service and accurate order processing every time.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Remote Order Entry Specialist to join our growing team. In this role you will process customer rental orders confirm event details and ensure accurate order tracking and data entry. This is a great fit for someone who is detail-oriented organized and thrives in a flexible remote environment.

Responsibilities

  • Enter new customer orders into our rental management system accurately
  • Review and update event dates delivery details and rental items
  • Modify existing orders as needed (schedule changes additions etc.
  • Communicate with customers by phone and email to confirm orders and answer questions
  • Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure successful fulfillment
  • Monitor inbox and respond promptly to inquiries and updates
  • Track and process payments deposits and invoices
  • Maintain accurate records and digital documentation
  • Support internal teams with administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • 1 years of experience in order entry data entry admin or customer support (preferred)
  • Strong typing and data entry skills (accuracy is a must)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Comfortable using spreadsheets email tools and order management software
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
  • Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet home workspace
  • Experience with POS CRM or inventory software is a plus
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Compensation

  • $17$21/hour based on experience
  • Paid training provided
