What Youll Do

• Reconcile large volumes of accounts including disputes short payments and unapplied cash balances.
• Manage high-volume inbound and outbound communication with customers and sales teams.
• Secure timely payments and commitments through proactive account follow-ups.
• Place accounts on credit hold when necessary and work cross-functionally to resolve payment issues.
• Document activity thoroughly in the system to ensure clear communication and compliance.
• Provide training and support to other team members when needed.
• Lead monthly reviews and assist in preparing accounts for collection escalations.
• Process and apply payments while partnering with AR for remittance accuracy.
• Serve as the key liaison to sales teams helping maintain account health and resolve escalations.

What You Bring

• 5 years in credit collections accounts receivable or customer service.
• Strong reconciliation negotiation and organizational skills.
• Confidence managing a high workload with accuracy and professionalism.
• A process-oriented mindset with the ability to multitask under pressure.
• Exceptional communication skillswritten verbal and interpersonal.
