Job Description
Duties
- Review and analyze project plans specifications and proposals to determine accurate cost estimates
- Prepare and present cost estimates and detailed project budgets to management and clients for commercial construction projects.
- Negotiate pricing with subcontractors and vendors to secure the best value for the company and clients
Requirements
- Minimum education level of a bachelors degree in construction management or a related field
- The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of experience as a commercial construction estimator and be knowledgeable in the masonry restoration field
- Proficient in construction estimating software
Details
- Pay Rage: $85k to $100k annual bonus opportunity
