LOCATION: Grand Prairie TX
PAY RATE: $96.20/hour

Summary:
-
Support the development and integration of flight simulation systems using MATLAB SIMULINK C and FORTRAN.
-
Collaborate with subsystem and software engineers to integrate MATLAB and C models into 6-DOF Integrated Flight Simulations (IFS)
-
Perform modeling and simulation tasks for system survivability Safety of Flight (SOF) trade studies and end-to-end kill chain assessments
-
Use simulations to support Hardware-in-the-Loop (HWIL) lab testing
-
Support integration and testing of hardware/software in HWIL environments
-
Assist in flight test predictions and post-flight data analysis
Requirements:
-
Active Secret Clearance (Final) required at time of start
-
Bachelors degree in Engineering or Physics
-
Experience in rotary-wing vehicle design particularly in Guidance and Control law development.

Proficient in C
-
Experience with FORTRAN and 6-DOF simulations
-
Background in aerospace applications
-
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
Desired Qualifications:

Proficiency in MATLAB C and/or Python
-
Prior experience in rotary-wing vehicle development
-
Willingness to work onsite in a classified lab
-
Availability to travel occasionally for flight test support (up to 2 weeks)

Experience with HWIL integration and testing

Strong understanding of:
