Job Description
Job Summary (List Format) OBLM Data Validator CPC Operations
- Support Mashreq Banks transformation project by validating the migration from GTS Matrix to Oracle Banking Liquidity Management (OBLM).
- Test and validate system functionalities in accordance with the banks internal policies and requirements.
- Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate migrated data and Qlik reports in both UAT and production environments.
- Ensure accurate setup and maintenance of OBLM accounts including onboarding account parameters frequency and sweep types.
- Provide defect retesting and ensure comprehensive coverage beyond defect-specific scenarios.
- Adhere to and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) ensuring zero valid discrepancies no operational loss and strict Turnaround Time (TAT) compliance.
- Maintain control requirements and ensure high customer satisfaction and effectiveness of controls.
- Deliver training to production staff on new processes and systems.
- Work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural team supporting operations across UAE and IBG regions.
- Manage business and customer expectations participate in team discussions and provide solutions to operational issues.
- Escalate service defects/issues promptly and share responsibility for corrective and preventive actions with seniors.
- Meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and ensure strict adherence to established practices and procedures.
- Required to have at least 4 years of relevant experience a bachelors degree and knowledge of SWIFT MT103 and MT202 payments.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel Azure) strong analytical and communication skills attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
