RATE CAPS FOR SUBMISSION:

Orientation $275 - half the hourly/callback rate kicks in after 8 hours. Per hour of orientation or training beyond 8 hours
Hourly $550 Tier 2: $551-$625 - Per hour not OT
Holiday $825 - Must be 1.5x the hourly rate. Per holiday hour no OT
Nightly Call $1100 Tier 2: $1100-$1400 - Per night call to hold the pager to include 2.5 hours gratis
Holiday Nightly Call - $1650 - Per night call to hold the pager to include 2.5 hours gratis
Call Back $550 Per hour of patient contact hours after gratis hours are completed gratis prorate to MSA terms.
Holiday Call Back $825 - Per holiday hour of patient contact hours after gratis hours are completed gratis prorate to MSA terms.

Facility Location: Sierra Nevada Memorial Hospital
Setting: General Acute Care Hospital (Stroke Certified not Chest Pain Center accredited not a Trauma Level designation
Duties: Hospital Coverage we have a need for a Radiologist to cover the Hospital which involves the IR needs along with Stroke CTs and other procedures/availability. There is also the potential for a Radiologist to cover our Building 4 which is an outpatient building where a Radiologist has to be present for contrasted CTs and MRIs along with Breast biopsies.
Required Procedures: lumbar punctures barium studies various centesis exams with drains and CT/US biopsies preferred
IR Procedures (Thoracentesis Paracentesis Nephrostomy Tubes Intra-abdominal abscess drainage Chest Tubes Suprapubic Catheters); Biopsies (Thyroid Lung Other)
EMR: Cerner
Support Staff: Diagnostic Imaging (Radiology) Nurses and Techs; We do have a large Radiology group in Sacramento that performs overflow and after-hours reads
Reason for Coverage: Resignation of Radiologist
Dealbreakers: Procedural Skills Acute Care Imaging capability (Stroke CTs ED and ICU imaging studies)

TOTAL: 50 studies/day 4-6 procedures/day

*Predominantly non-complex IR; Vast majority of exams are percutaneous (i.e. biopsies drains aspirationsetc.) with some infrequent tunneled (i.e. pleurex catheter placement CV Access)
