Job Description
RATES:
Malpractice Must be included in rates.
Orientation half the hourly/callback rate kicks in after 8 hours. Per hour of orientation or training beyond 8 hours
Hourly $250 - Per hour not OT
Holiday $375 - Must be 1.5x the hourly rate. Per holiday hour no OT
Nightly Call $600 - Per night call to hold the pager to include 2.5 hours gratis
Holiday Nightly Call - $900 - Per night call to hold the pager to include 2.5 hours gratis
On Call (Daily) $1700 - Per 24 hours to include 4 hours gratis
24 Hour Holiday Call Rate - $2550 - Per 24 hours to include 4 hours gratis
Call Back $250 Per hour of patient contact hours after gratis hours are completed gratis prorate to MSA terms.
Holiday Call Back $375 Per holiday hour of patient contact hours after gratis hours are completed gratis prorate to MSA terms.
Summary:
- Assist with the inpatient management of cardiovascular and thoracic surgery patients including preoperative perioperative and postoperative care.
- Rotating 24 hour First Call for the CVT service among two
- First assist in CVT surgeries.
- Round on inpatients coordinate interdisciplinary care with Medical teams.
- Consult on ER patients providing diagnosis appropriate plan of care and referrals as appropriate.
- Order interpret and analyze diagnostic tests.
- Prescribe medications as necessary.
- Works within a multidisciplinary team.
- Additional duties as assigned by leadership.

- Board Certified - REQUIRED
- NV state license or APRN compact license- REQUIRED
- Residency/Fellowship - REQUIRED
- BLS ACLS DEA - REQUIRED
- Clean Malpractice - REQUIRED
