Job Description
Summary: We are need of 24 hr ED provider coverage. This will be ongoing coverage and can have no gaps. Current schedule is two providers per 24 hrs working 12 hr shifts. Coverage is supplemented with employed APPs that work 10am to 10 pm .
Rate Caps for Submission:
Malpractice Must be included in rates.
Orientation half the hourly/callback rate kicks in after 8 hours. Per hour of orientation or training beyond 8 hours
(Hourly) $360 - Per 12hr shift
Holiday Must be 1.5x the regular rates Per holiday hour no OTSchedule/Availability Requirements: 24 hr ED provider coverage. Current schedule is two providers per 24 hrs working 12 hr shifts. Coverage is supplemented with employed APPs that work 10am to 10 pm

Requirement description : ALL OF THE FOLLOWING MUST BE NOTED IN ADDITIONAL SUBMISSION DETAILS AT NAME CLEAR TO BE CONSIDERED AND AVOID BEING REDIRECTED!!
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in EM - REQUIRED
- Active ND license or IMLC (LOQ in hand) - REQUIRED
- ACLS BLS DEA ATLS - REQUIRED
- Clean Malpractice/Background - REQUIRED
- Must list availability(when can they start and how much coverage can they offer) - REQUIRED
