CSR Sales (Medical Representative)

Minimum requirement for the CSR requirements.

Qualification:- Bachelors degree( Biochemistry Biology )/ B. Pharma with good communication skill.

Experience :-Having sales experience in Surgical Consumable products ( IV canula IV dressing etc.) related to 3M product profile meeting customers like ICU head Nursing Head OT Head Surgeons Etc.)

Should have Laptop having good knowledge about Excel word PPT and other Tools of MS office and Bike for field working. ( mandatory)

Roles & Responsibility (JD):-

1. Deal in surgical consumable and medical devices.
2. Organising appointments and meetings with community and hospital-based health care staff.
3. Identifying and establishing new business demonstration or presenting products to health care staff including doctors & nurses.
4. Face to face meeting in Hospitals in the markets.
5. promote and sell the companys products by building relationships with doctors.
6. handling queries maintaining relationships achieving sales targets.

9. HQ Allowance: 500
10. Ex-HQ Allowance: 500
11. Outstation Travel:
    • Mode: Bus / 3-Tier AC Train
    • Local travel for work: Auto/Taxi (Max limit 500)
12. Food Reimbursement:
    • Metros: 750
    • Pune / Ahmedabad / Kolkata / Bangalore: 650
    • All other cities: 550
13. Hotel Stay (Outstation): 2200 (excluding taxes)
14. Mobile & Internet: 850 (Reimbursed on actual bills)
