About the Role:
We are hiring a Gen AI Engineer to spearhead the development of next-gen AI solutions in healthcare. Youll work on automating clinical document summarization patient interaction AI agents and scalable LLM-based virtual assistants.
Responsibilities Include:
- Fine-tuning and deploying LLMs like GPT Falcon and LLaMA for healthcare-specific use cases.
- Creating agentic AI workflows to assist medical staff with real-time recommendations and documentation.
- Building robust pipelines for multimodal inputs including text audio and structured data.
- Conducting evaluation and ablation studies to ensure accuracy robustness and compliance.
Required Skills:
- Strong grasp of LLM concepts vector search prompt engineering and embeddings.
- Experience using tools like LangChain CrewAI Hugging Face Transformers and Pinecone.
- Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and responsible AI use in regulated environments.
- Hands-on experience with cloud MLOps pipelines (Azure AI Studio Databricks or AWS Bedrock).
