Conduct field inspections to validate asset conditions locations and operational status within drainage networks and wastewater treatment plants. Enter and update asset information work orders and maintenance activities into the EAMS/CRMS system. Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance schedules to ensure timely completion and accurate documentation. Generate and analyze reports on asset performance work order backlog maintenance compliance and operational efficiency. Perform quality assurance checks on data entered into the system to ensure accuracy completeness and consistency. Coordinate with operations maintenance and engineering teams to gather field data and verify system records. Identify discrepancies between physical assets and digital records and initiate corrective actions. Support system configuration activities such as asset tagging hierarchy development and maintenance plan setup. Provide technical support and basic user training for field teams using mobile or desktop EAMS/CRMS interfaces. Assist in audits and performance reviews by providing up-to-date reports and system documentation. Carry out other tasks assigned. Minimum 5 years of experience in asset management or maintenance operations, preferably in utilities or local infrastructure. Hands-on experience with drainage systems, pump stations, or wastewater treatment plants is strongly preferred Proficient in using and managing EAMS/CMMS/CRMS platforms. Strong analytical and data interpretation skills. Familiar with maintenance planning, asset hierarchy, and lifecycle tracking.
