Job Title: Caregiver (Visa Sponsorship Available)

Location: Helsinki, Finland

Salary: €2,400

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking compassionate, dedicated, and experienced Caregivers to join our team in Helsinki, Finland. The ideal candidates will provide high-quality personal and emotional care to elderly or vulnerable clients in residential homes or private settings.

This opportunity includes full visa sponsorship and relocation support for qualified international applicants.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist with daily activities: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility

Support with medication administration under supervision

Provide companionship and emotional support

Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding

Perform light housekeeping (laundry, cleaning, safe environment maintenance)

Document and report health or behavioral changes

Communicate with healthcare professionals, clients, and families

Follow health, hygiene, and Finnish caregiving protocols

REQUIREMENTS:

1–2 years minimum experience in caregiving or as a healthcare assistant (preferred but not mandatory)

Certification in Health Assistant, Nursing Assistant, or Community Health Worker

Basic knowledge of elderly care and hygiene practices

Good English (spoken/written); willingness to learn Finnish

Compassionate, physically fit, and emotionally resilient

Willingness to undergo training upon arrival

Valid international passport

*Non - refundable Application fee* : N300,000.00 which covers logistics, processing and caregivers screening test. Materials will be provided for the screening test *(to be paid before the screening test )*

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience in hospitals, care homes, or private homecare (Optional)

Graduate of a recognized institution

Ability to speak English
