Job Description
Installation Team Member RW Events Rental Division & Venues
Creating exceptional event experiences one delivery at a time.
At RW Events our Installation Team Members are more than just delivery crew theyre the face of our brand on event day and the final touch that clients remember. This role is hands-on fast-paced and crucial to our client experience. Team members work together to safely deliver install and strike rental items with care and efficiency always upholding our reputation for excellence.
What Youll Do:
- Deliver exceptional customer service while representing RW Events with professionalism and pride
- Follow guidance from the Installation Lead to complete event setups and pickups on schedule
- Safely load unload and transport rental items ensuring proper handling to avoid damage
- Set up and strike rental inventoryincluding specialty furniture tables and dcorquickly and precisely
- Inspect items post-event and report any damage loss or issues to the Installation Lead
- Respect venue policies and maintain a courteous professional presence on-site
- Follow all safety procedures and company protocols at every step
- Take all required rest and meal breaks per Florida state law
- Support warehouse operations and maintenance when not on delivery or setup
- If assigned as a driver follow all vehicle guidelines and maintain a clean driving record
Schedule & Compensation:
- Part-time and full-time opportunities available
- Evening weekend and holiday availability required during peak seasons
- Competitive hourly pay based on experience
Qualifications :
