Job Description
Housekeeper/Porter at C. Ellets Steakhouse
We are looking for a Porterto join our team of hospitality professionals. Hourly pay starts at $18/hour.
What are the responsibilities
- Mopping sweeping sanitizing and dusting of kitchen dining room patios and bathrooms
- Deep cleaning activities (high-dusting wood-polishing steam-cleaning)
- Sprucing up hallways restrooms dining rooms
- Irons tablecloths folds linens
- Restocks supplies like soap linens guest amenities
- Making sure everything shines from carpets to furniture
- Polishing china glass silverware as needed
- Removes trash and garbage to designated areas
What are the requirements
- Weekend (Friday Saturday and Sunday) availability required
- Must be 18 years of age or older
1 year(s) of relevant utility porter housekeeper experience
Able to move and/or lift heavier product
Able to stand for long periods of time; occasionally kneel bend and crouch as required to reach items at varying height levels
Able to work in a fast-paced environment calmly and effectively
