Job Description
Develop a variety of search criteria to directly query the UNC Health electronic medical record to identify patients with vasculitis and other glomerular diseases. Will then perform validation of these search methods for the identified patients using the existing glomerular disease registry. Following the development of the initial search criteria will work with the Data Science group explore machine learning models to fine tune the computable phenotype.
Required Qualifications Competencies And Experience
Experience working with UNC Health electronic medical record systems including EPIC
