Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Event Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic this role you will play a vital part in coordinating sales for our event design services ensuring a smooth process from lead generation to post-event client satisfaction. The ideal candidate has strong interpersonal skills and a talent for building lasting relationships with clients and partners.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage incoming event sales inquiries and leads
Prepare proposals quotes and service agreements for clients
Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the sales and planning process
Work closely with the design and production teams to align event deliverables with client expectations
Track and manage event sales performance and client feedback
Support onsite execution when required to ensure service excellence
Identify upselling opportunities during the event planning phase
Maintain accurate records in CRM and sales reports
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Hospitality or a related field (preferred)
2 years of experience in event coordination or sales
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
