Creative Operations & Workflow Management
Own and streamline day-to-day creative workflows to drive efficiency and scale
Manage project plans timelines and task assignments across multiple channels (paid social lifecycle brand)
Act as the operational bridge between creative and cross-functional teams
Project Scoping & Resourcing
Collaborate with creative and marketing leads to define project scopes deliverables and milestones
Anticipate capacity needs and help allocate internal and freelance resources effectively
Cross-functional Coordination & Communication
Manage creative feedback loops across marketing brand growth and product stakeholdersensuring clear aligned input is translated effectively back to creative teams
Lead kickoff meetings standups and status updates to ensure transparency and alignment
Creative Brief & Asset Delivery Oversight
Review creative briefs and proactively flag when outputs are unclearensuring the creative team has the clarity needed to execute effectively
Steer asset delivery to ensure work is aligned to brief brand and timelinesescalating blockers and keeping teams on track
Track progress across key milestones and flag risks early to protect timelines and quality standards
Documentation & Continuous Improvement
Maintain clear records of scopes timelines approvals and change logs
Identify opportunities to improve tools systems and workflows across the creative process
Qualifications :
5-10 years managing creative projects in fast-paced brand and/or agency environments
Strong understanding of creative production timelines for static motion and video assets
Proven ability to translate strategic goals into actionable project plans
Experience using tools like Asana Figma or Jira to manage and track creative workflows
