Join our team at our Brookfield WI location! This is an on-site position.
What youll do:
- Manage the entire loan processing lifecycle from initial application to closing ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
- Analyze loan applications including assessing creditworthiness reviewing guidelines and examining title commitments.
- Gather all necessary documentation (e.g. appraisals employment verification deposits) from clients and third parties.
- Prepare and submit loan files for underwriting and clear conditions as required.
- Provide excellent customer service to borrowers loan officers real estate agents and vendors acting as a primary point of contact.
- Support branch operations by assisting in operational tasks
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and guidelines including wire and funding accuracy.
- Assist Loan Officers with pre-qualification client communication and administrative tasks.
What youll bring:
- 2 years mortgage experience Processor or LO Assistant role (preferred)
- Demonstrated Encompass experience
- Solid knowledge and understanding of conventional government (FHA/VA) and Jumbo loan requirements.
- Solid knowledge and understanding of state and federal real estate lending regulations.
