Job Description

As a result of our continued growth we are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Recruitment team.

You will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process and acting as a strategic advisor to hiring managers. You will play a key role in identifying attracting and securing top talent to meet current and future hiring needs across the company.

This role has an immediate start date and is an initial 6 month FTC with the possibility of being extended.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: job posting sourcing screening interviewing selection and offer negotiation.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing and recruitment strategies.
  • Use various sourcing methods (job boards LinkedIn employee referrals networking events etc.) to build a strong talent pipeline.
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders on workforce planning employer branding and DEI initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Provide market insights and hiring metrics to guide decisions and improve recruitment processes.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and organizational hiring policies and procedures.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Previous engineering or construction recruitment experience is essential preferably in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
  • Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with a variety of recruiting tools and platforms (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter Indeed SmartRecruiters etc.).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple searches and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of employment law and best hiring practices.
