Job Summary:
TheManagerof Behavioral Health is a valued member of the Heywood Nursing leadership team and in collaboration with the Director and Practice Leader of the Behavioral Health Units leads day to day successful operations of the Mental Health Unit and assists with the Geriatric Psychiatric Unit and Partial Behavioral Program. The responsibilities include and are not limited to: staffing schedule oversight staff education evaluations adherence to regulatory requirements; assurance of appropriate milieu patient intake and other duties as assigned and identified by the Director. This position reports directly to the Director of the Behavioral Health.
