What Youll Do:
Regulatory Leadership
- Lead regulatory approval processes for new and existing campuses.
- Serve as the primary liaison with state Boards of Nursing and regulatory agencies.
- Oversee documentation submissions site visits and responses to regulatory bodies.
Strategic Collaboration
- Partner with campus presidents and internal teams to support program changes and new initiatives.
- Guide curriculum development to align with state and professional standards.
- Collaborate on applications self-studies and reports to ensure compliance.
Compliance & Accreditation
- Ensure timely resolution of licensing and compliance issues.
- Support professional accreditation efforts and change reports.
- Participate in mock assessments and coach faculty through accreditation processes.
Talent & Program Support
- Evaluate staff qualifications for regulatory compliance.
- Establish and support advisory committees for new campuses and online programs.
- Contribute to policy development and ensure fair application of academic standards.
Leadership & Representation
- Represent the institution on committees and work groups related to compliance and campus development.
- Provide budget recommendations and support data collection for evaluations.

Qualifications :
- Masters Degree in nursing required PhD in nursing or a related discipline preferred.
- Five years of teaching and/or management experience in a higher education setting and experience with assessment accreditation and regulatory approval processes required.
- Demonstrated ability to establish and develop positive relationships with state agency personnel.
- Strong critical thinking skills to assess state requirements that may not be explicit.
- Strong interpersonal organizational writing editing and computer skills.
- Must be willing and able to travel up to 25%-30% including occasional overnight or out-of-state trips as business needs require.
Additional Information :
In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country the expected salary range for this position is between $80336.75 and $140851.54. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
