Description of the role:
Luther Collision and Glass is currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Auto Glass - CSR. As a Customer Service Representative you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their satisfaction with our auto glass services.
$45k-$60K/year
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with scheduling appointments for auto glass repair or replacement.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our services.
- Collaborate with the auto glass technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs or installations.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in an auto glass customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software.
- Valid drivers license.
