Job Description:
We are hiring an Automation Test Lead / Architect to spearhead the design development and deployment of automated testing frameworks and test suites for a large ERP integration project. This role involves hands-on automation scripting strategic test planning and working with multiple teams to ensure scalable efficient test automation.
Responsibilities:
- Architect and implement the automation testing framework and tooling strategy for ERP integrations.
- Identify and prioritize automation candidates (high-ROI test scenarios) in collaboration with business and QA teams.
- Develop and maintain an automation roadmap aligned with project milestones.
- Perform hands-on test script development for regression and integration testing.
- Ensure automation test suites are scalable reusable and adaptable for multiple business units.
- Provide technical leadership documentation and mentoring for future automation resource onboarding.
- Collaborate with UAT and functional teams to integrate automation efforts into the overall testing lifecycle.
Qualifications:
- 10 years of experience in Test Automation Design and Development.
- Proven expertise in automation frameworks for ERP systems (Oracle SAP or equivalent).
- Strong background in identifying automation opportunities (ROI-based approach).
- Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium UFT TestComplete or similar.
- Ability to balance strategic architecture responsibilities with hands-on script development.
- Experience with public sector or large-scale ERP modernization projects is a plus.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
