Arapahoe Community College seeks a highly organized and service-oriented Operations Coordinatorto support the daily functions of our Workforce & Community Programs Department. This full-time position usually works from 9am to 6pm Monday through Friday and is based at our Littleton Campus. It plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth delivery of courses managing front office operations and fostering a welcoming environment for students instructors and community partners. The ideal candidate will bring strong communication skills attention to detail and a commitment to inclusive learner-centered service.
Key Responsibilities:
Three years experience OR an equivalent of education and experience.
Ability to interact and develop relationships with individuals of varying social cultural economic and educational backgrounds.
Strong collaboration problem-solvinginterpersonalcommunication and critical thinking skills.
Ability to work under pressure.
Experience with database entry.
Proficiencyin basic computer skills including Microsoft Excel; ability to navigate digital tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
