The purpose of this position is to execute the assembly of firearm parts packaging and quality assurance at Primary Arms.
The Armorer will report to the Production Manager. He/She will be responsible for assembly quality Control packaging and testing of all Expo Arms Products.
This is a full-time position with daytime and early evening hours. Some non-standard work shifts may be required.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform quality assurance of all inbound receipts
- Perform routine packaging of all private label products
- Assembly of Upper Receivers and any other Build of Materials
- Ensures the proper inspection testing and routine maintenance company firearms in accordance with applicable armorer procedures.
- Ensures organization and preparation of armorer inventory for production and assembly.
- Plans and conducts cycle counts based on daily monthly and annual requirements.
- Assist as required with customer Return Merchandise Authorization inspection services.
- Provide logistical support for large events and contracts as directed.
- Executes other duties as assigned.
Education And/or Experience
- Mechanical experience required.
- Armorer experience preferred. Training may be provided.
- Firearms experience is preferred.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products is required Oracle is preferred.
- Strong computer skills and excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
