Job Description

Client Specialist

The purpose of theClient Specialist
position is to work closely with the clientele of Lind Media throughout each stage of the campaign process and to pursue quality leads with the intent of converting them to new clients. This position will work with Account Executives to connect clients with our billboard marketing solutions and provide exceptional customer service.


Job Type: Full-time Monday Friday 8:00am 5:00pm

Major Activities and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the needs of current campaigns both internally and for the clients involved.
  • Regularly follow up and communicate with clients via phone email or in-person to continue positive relationships ensure closings of deals and promote add-ons when opportunities arise.
  • Send emails and postcards along with prospecting through phone calls or stop-ins to encourage business with any tips leads or prospects both given or found through research.
  • Create and process contract proposals and maintain deal statuses in CRM database.
  • Answer phone inquiries direct calls and provide basic company information.
  • Explain the outdoor advertising business to customers utilizing general sales techniques.
  • Effective time management and self-organization
  • Willingness to immerse yourself in the outdoor advertising industry with the intent of selling its benefits to businesses and customers
  • Works well in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of multitasking skills
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships
  • Skill in working independently and following through on assignments with minimal direction


Education and Experience Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Current and Valid Drivers License must be insurable through company insurance policy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Previous sales and CRM experience is a plus


Physical Demands and Work Environment:

  • The primary work environment for this position is an office environment.
  • The physical demands for this position include light lifting seeing (with a focus on reading color distinction acuity depth perception and peripheral vision) sitting standing talking turning and walking.
