Job Description:
Deliver presentations to various classes within CALS ranging in size from 10-375 students over a variety of topics related but not limited to:
- career exploration
- human resources
- ethical decision making
- salary negotiation
- benefits/job offer analysis.
Job Duties Include:
- Develop and deliver workshops/webinars as needed centered around prospecting for internships/full-time employment salary negotiation and/or benefit/job offer analysis
Meet one-on-one (either in-person or virtually) with students to:
- Discuss career advice tailored toward each individual/their major within CALS Discuss job offer/benefit analysis
- Discuss salary negotiations Provide individualized feedback on resumes
- Consult on how to navigate Career Day for optimal success
- Provide insights on career and professional development
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. on an ongoing basis without sponsorship. Immigration sponsorship is not available for this position.
