Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Execute Regular IS Basic Tasks to keep the systems up & running
- Ensure adherence to Company policies and procedures
- Train branch management on system architecture data management retention and reporting and other available IT tools to improve processes productivity and customer service
- Basic Branch Technical Support such PC LAN Expeditors Software and systems administration & troubleshooting in addition to global regional and branch project implementation
- On call for after-hours IS issues
- Asset Management such as purchasing shipping tracking and maintenance
- Prepare and execute the annual tactical business plan for IS department
- Provide technical assistance to clients
Qualifications :
- Basic PC & network skills
- Effective problem solving
- Ability to handle multiple tasks/projects
- Demonstrated customer service skills and proven interpersonal skills
- Good communication skills
- Inquisitive and exploratory mind-set
- Fluent in English
