Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:  MBA

SAP Certification is added advantage. 

• The candidate must have domain expertise in SAP IS-U Billing with the ability to configure and customize the system to meet the specific requirements of a utility company.

• This includes setting up billing schemas rate types operands calculation rules and billing classes.

• Hands-on experience in configuring and supporting complex billing scenarios including RTP billing Collective billing time-of-use billing and dynamic period controls.

• Should have exposure to various billing configuration and system design for Smart meter scenarios unmetered scenarios main and sub-meter configurations.

• Proven expertise in multi-division billing scenarios across utilities such as electricity water and gas with the ability to oversee the end-to-end billing process including meter reading bill creation invoice generation invoice printing and distribution.

• Strong knowledge in mass processing scheduling automation and performance tuning.

• Experience collaborating with other IS-U modules including Device Management (DM) and FICA.

• Must have hands-on experience with the Print Workbench and be capable of guiding the team on issues related to bill forms and design changes.

• Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications and provide support during unit testing UAT and go-live activities.

• Strong documentation skills including preparation of functional specifications test scripts and training materials.

• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA for Utilities is required.
