Relentless Hunter Wanted Luxury Building Materials Remote Travel (50%)

Base Uncapped Commission $80K$150K Potential
Ideal Home Base: Southern Idaho (Boise or surrounding area preferred)
Covers Territory: WA OR ID MT WY CA NV UT HI

Were hiring a Multi-Territory Outside Sales Specialist for a well-established family-owned manufacturer with a stellar reputation in the high-end natural materials space. Theyre scaling fast and looking for a motivated metrics-driven rep to cover and grow a strategic multi-state territory across the Western U.S.

What Youll Do
  • Act as the go-to sales rep across WA OR ID MT WY CA NV UT and HI
  • Identify and close new accountsprospecting is a non-negotiable
  • Build strategic relationships with architects designers builders developers and contractors
  • Deliver engaging solution-focused presentations (both digital and in-person)
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure top-tier customer experience
  • Manage and grow existing accounts while hitting defined sales activity and results metrics
  • Track all sales activity and pipeline in the CRMthis role requires discipline and follow-through
  • Stay on top of industry trends competitor moves and evolving customer needs

What You Bring
  • 5 years of outside sales experience ideally in construction building materials or another premium product category
  • Demonstrated success in competitive value-based sales environments
  • High-level presentation and negotiation skillswhether on-site or in the boardroom
  • CRM fluency and a love of organization pipeline strategy and metrics
  • Ability to read plans/specs deliver pricing quotes and adapt product solutions on the fly
  • Strong self-motivation with the ability to manage a large territory and set your own pace
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% (yes that includes Hawaiimahalo bonus!)
Bonus Points If You:
  • Have completed formal sales training programs
  • Are confident presenting CEUs or technical education to design professionals
  • Have experience working with HNW clients or luxury market buyers
  • Know how to navigate long sales cycles and complex decision chains
  • Can think on your feet and adjust to different personalities and selling environments
