Your Role

Reporting to the Dulux Training Academy Manager you will coordinate training activities manage learning platforms (SAP Showell Go1) update training materials and generate insights through reporting. Youll help equip internal sales teams and external customers with product knowledge through blended learning formats including e-learning webinars and workshops. Additionally you will support brand advocacy initiatives for apprentices and contribute to building a best-in-class learning experience across all DuluxGroup business units.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support the delivery of national sales training programs tools and learning calendars through the Dulux Training Academy.
  • Assist with reporting and data analysis to generate insights that inform training effectiveness and strategy.
  • Manage and maintain the learning platform and content library ensuring materials are current and user experience is continually improved.
  • Lead communication and marketing efforts to drive awareness and participation in customer training courses and apprentice advocacy initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with TAFE institutions and industry partners to support training delivery and brand engagement.

Skills & Experience

  • Tertiary qualifications in Education Business or a related field are highly advantageous.
  • Proven experience in coordinating training programs ideally within a product training environment.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively across teams.
  • High attention to detail and a process-focused mindset capable of delivering both accuracy and actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • A growth mindset with a passion for learning innovation and streamlining processes through new technologies.
