Job Description

First Honda of Simi Valley part of the First Automotive Group is growing and seeking an experienced and motivated Service Advisor to deliver exceptional customer service and help drive our award-winning service department forward.
What Youll Do:
- Serve as the key point of contact between customers and technicians
- Accurately write repair orders and explain service recommendations
- Advise customers on needed repairs and maintenance and sell with integrity
- Provide timely updates to customers on service status
- Follow up with appointment reminders and post-service communication
- Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores
What You Bring:
- Experience as a Service Advisor/ Writer (required)
- Strong automotive knowledge and a passion for customer care
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with ADP software (preferred)
- Professional appearance work ethic and a team-oriented mindset
- Valid Drivers License with a clean driving and background record
- At least 3 years of stable work history in a customer-facing role
