Description

We are seeking a Senior Clinical Consultant for an onsite position in Davenport Iowa supporting clinicians in an acute care hospital setting. This role serves as a vital liaison between clinical and IT teams guiding the successful adoption of Oracle Health solutions while leveraging deep clinical knowledge informatics expertise and analytical capabilities to drive measurable outcomes.



Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead onsite efforts to support clinicians in the adoption and optimization of Oracle Health solutions.
  • Drive workflow design sessions assist with solution configuration and support process improvements aligned with clinical and business objectives.
  • Apply clinical domain expertise (healthcare informatics clinical operations) to bridge functional gaps and deliver innovative value-driven solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to support change management training and hands-on solution adoption.
  • Conduct data analysis and apply statistical clinical and research methodologies to solve complex healthcare challenges.
  • Support the development of new product offerings and enhancements based on client needs and industry best practices.
  • Provide subject matter expertise in healthcare strategy operational processes and regulatory compliance.
  • Evaluate data develop reports and studies and contribute to the continuous improvement of client outcomes and internal methodologies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Nursing Healthcare Administration Clinical Informatics or a related field (Masters preferred).
  • 5 years of relevant experience in healthcare IT clinical consulting or clinical informatics.
  • Strong understanding of acute care workflows healthcare operations and current regulatory standards.
  • Proven experience supporting clinical software implementations (Oracle Health/Cerner experience preferred).
  • Demonstrated ability to lead client engagements influence stakeholders and manage competing priorities.
  • Proficient in data interpretation and familiar with research and quality improvement methodologies.
  • Excellent communication interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel and work onsite in a hospital setting as required.

US: Hiring Range in USD from $30.29 to $60.63 per hour; from: $63000 to $126100 per annum. May be eligible for equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge skills experience market conditions and locations as well as reflect Oracles differing products industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
