Service Lane Manager
We are a large volume Honda Buick GMC dealership in the Northern Virginia/DC area. As our Service Lane Manager you will play an integral role in ensuring the Service Department runs efficiently and effectively as we continue to grow.
Responsibilities:
Manage and grow a team of service advisors and support staff
Continuously monitor the performance of the department to identify areas needing improvement and training opportunities
Maintain a professional and motivated team environment with a focus on profitability and customer CSI
Ensure service team complies with all company policies and regulatory compliance requirements
Assist the Service Manager with necessary administrative items and collaborate on growth and efficiency opportunities
Qualifications:
Minimum of three years of Service Advisor experience required
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and results-driven environment
