Earnings Potential:
The salary range for this role is $90000.00 to $140000.00 annually. This role is paid solely on commissions in accordance with the Companys Plan. Our total rewards package also includes performance bonuses and competitive benefits for eligible employees

Job Responsibilities
- Provides customers with thorough explanation of aftermarket products and extended warranties. Converts cash deals to finance.
- Processes finance and lease deals accurately and fairly through financial sources to secure approval. Conducts business in an ethical and professional manner.
- Processes all federal state and dealer paperwork related to vehicle transaction.
- Provides customers with complete explanation of manufacturer and dealership service procedures and policies. Sets up and maintains a program which will ensure 100 percent turnover to the F&I department.
- Ensures collection of all finance and insurance fees.
- Takes credit applications directly from the customer as needed. Attends sales staff and managers meetings.
- Handles all rate quotations.
Qualifications
- Previous F&I automotive experience or two years of sales experience preferred.
- Must have knowledge of federal state and local regulations that affect the new and used vehicle and finance departments.
- Must have knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as Microsoft Word and Excel managing les and records designing forms and other office procedures.
- Must have exceptional customer service skills
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality.
Certificates Licenses Registrations:
- Manufacturer certification must be maintained at the minimum level.
- A valid drivers license must be maintained.
