Position Summary:
This position is a high quality business development and relationship management role that ensures that the career needs of the student and employment outcomes of the College are achieved. Bryant & Stratton Career Services Advisors will be responsible for assisting the in developing strategies developing long range strategic plans implementing tactics and assisting with managing the internal operations of the Career Services department to ultimately achieve Career Services goals and objectives consistent with the mission vision and values of the College. The Career Services Advisor will help to ensure the relevant career student business development and relationship management outcomes are achieved and partner with the Career Services Manager to provide leadership.

Salary:
$45000-$47000 ($21.63- $22.59 per hour)
This position is eligible for overtime.
