What Youll Do
As a Production Scheduler youll be the central hub for planning and coordinating our production schedule to ensure 99% on-time delivery and exceptional customer this role you will:
- Develop and maintain a master production schedule that aligns with business inventory and shipping goals
- Partner with Sales Purchasing and Production to forecast capacity and support long-term planning
- Proactively resolve supply demand and capacity challenges while maximizing labor and equipment efficiency
- Implement and improve visual scheduling processes on the production floor
- Monitor order status identify delays and communicate risks to leadership
- Ensure accurate and timely posting of production data and inventory levels
- Assess scheduling systems and ERP effectiveness recommending improvements as needed
- Track schedule attainment and maintain accurate shipment dates
- Support inventory reconciliation monthly cycle counts and closing activities
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure clear communication of engineering changes and manufacturing variances
What Youll Bring
- Associates degree in Business or Operations Management preferred
- 3 years of planning/scheduling experience ideally in SKU-based repetitive manufacturing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including queries) with working knowledge of Word and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with QAD ERP system is a plus
- Strong organizational analytical and communication skills
- A collaborative mindset with a solution-oriented approach
- Solid understanding of supply chain processes capacity planning ERP systems and lean manufacturing principles

Pay Range:
40000.00 - 60000.00We offer a comprehensive benefits package that may include medical dental vision 401k matching and more!
