We are now recruiting for adynamic and passionate Executive Head Chefto join our magnificent hotel. Have fun working alongside a great team and enjoy a world where career progression opportunities and world class training is available to enjoy crafting bespoke journeys for are looking for a passionate enthusiastic progressive hands-on leader to lead our kitchen brigade at thehistoric Hanbury Manor Marriott Hotel & Country Club.
JOB SUMMARY
The successful candidate will be accountable for the overall success of the daily kitchen operations. They will exhibit culinary talents by personally performing tasks while leading the staff and managing all food related functions. They will be responsible for working to continually improve guest and associate satisfaction while maximising the financial performance in all areas of all kitchen areas to ensure a consistent high-quality product is produced while minimising food waste.
Other responsibilities include guiding and developing staff including direct reports. Ensuring sanitation and food standards are achieved. Overseeing all food preparation areas (e.g. banquets room service restaurants bar/lounge and associate cafeteria) and all support areas (e.g. dish room and purchasing).
