The Role: Founding Centre Director
As the face and heart of our first centre you will:
Establish and lead a high-performing team of passionate educators
Shape the centres culture learning philosophy and community presence
Ensure exceptional learning outcomes and family partnerships from day one
Oversee day-to-day operations compliance and occupancy growth
Collaborate with our executive team to set benchmarks and inspire future centres
You Are:
A natural leader with at least 4 years of experience as a Centre Director
Diploma or Bachelor qualified in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved)
Confident in exceeding NQS standards and inspiring others to do the same
Community-minded with a people-first leadership style
Motivated to make your mark and shape a brand-new centre with heart
