Youll work as part of a trans-disciplinary team supporting families and promoting healthy development for children from birth to age Responsibilities Deliver developmental treatment and family training per each childs IFSP Provide service coordination and short/long-term counseling as needed Conduct multidisciplinary evaluations and assess social-emotional development Facilitate parent support groups and parenting education sessions Collaborate with team members and refer for consultation when needed Document services and maintain compliance with state and agency regulations Perform initial home visits and assessments for new referrals Maintain licensure and continue professional development in line with RI Early Intervention CompetenciesQualifications Masters degree in social work (or related field) LICSW Required 25 years experience with infants/toddlers with disabilities and their families Eligible for certification through the RI Board of Registration for Social Workers Experience in home-based treatment and parent-child interaction assessments preferred Bilingual (Spanish or other languages) strongly preferred Experience with diverse populations and immigrant communities is a plus Current CPR certification Valid drivers license current auto insurance and access to a reliable vehicleReady to Join UsWorking at the Trudeau Center is more than a jobits an opportunity to make a difference.
